Children's Home

Far from the bustling city, VCDF's Children's Home aims to provide a stable, caring and safe environment for the kids. The Children's Home is nestled between ponds and fields with a beautiful mountainous backdrop just outside of the historical city of Chiang Saen. Children attend local public schools and regularly participate in developmental activities.

Our Children's Home is made up of dormitories, dining pavilion, a safe-house for emergency cases, our office and agricultural space that holds vegetable gardens, chicken coups and a pig pen.

Children's Home Activities

+ Gives children the opportunity to receive a formal education, life-skill training and sex education

+ Provides health care services

+ Conducts therapeutic activities like art, music and sport therapy, meditation and visiting nature reserves

+ Allows children to gain exposure and integrate with the community

+ Conducts a number of vocational skill training activities that focuses on agriculture and preserving the environment
